3. Damaged or Wrong Product Policy

Although we follow strict quality checks, if you receive:

• A damaged product, or

• An incorrect product (different from what you ordered),

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
In such cases, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement (not an exchange) at our discretion.

• Minor color or texture variations due to screen display

• Damage caused by customer after delivery
